Andy Ricker of Pok Pok to cook with Chef Kris Friday April 5! PRIVATE EVENT. - limited seats available via lottery

Next Friday April 5, in celebration of Songkran, the Thai New Year, Chef Kris is collaborating with James Beard-winning Chef of Pok Pok (pdx/NY), Andy Ricker on a special Northern Thai Feast. Singha is sponsoring. The beer will flow and good times will be had by all who are lucky enough to attend the private event.

Yes, private event. This dinner is limited to guests of the Chefs and we will otherwise be closed for all other business (we will resume normal hours Saturday April 6.)

GOOD NEWS THOUGH! We have a very limited number of seats which we are giving away via a lottery of sorts. All you have to do is email info@nightmarketla.com by midnight this Sunday. Then follow us on twitter @NtMRKT as we will be tweeting the lucky winners Monday April 1.

This is a family-style, i.e. 'shared' feast. You will be packed in with a bunch of interesting and awesome strangers, eating from the same platters. The food will most likely be spicy, fishy and porky. Zero accommodations will be made on behalf of food allergies or preferences. You will be encouraged to eat with your hands. Drinks will be limited to Singha beer and water. This event will be FUN and free for all those lucky enough to get a seat.
